Step 1: Material Preparation

Select wood blank (basswood, bamboo, walnut, sapele, cherry, or maple)

Laser-cut to preset card size using precision laser cutting machine

Step 2: Card Assembly

Structure card with three layers: upper substrate, middle substrate, and lower substrate

Install electronic module/RFID tag between layers

Step 3: Bonding Process

Apply adhesive between each substrate layer

Heat press at controlled temperature and duration to fuse layers

Step 4: Quality Assurance

Verify electronic functionality

Inspect finish and durability before packaging

    A:  Yes, of course it can.You can custom the shape you need for RFID Wooden Card.

        And the original artwork prefer in Abode llustrator or high clearly PDF. 

 

4.Q: How do you guarantee the printing color correctly?
    A: At least 95% matched color with customer vector design file/original card for CMYK 4c printing,pantone printing and silk-screen printing.

 

5. Q: Can you do OEM and ODM?

    A: Yes, OEM and ODM are both acceptable. The material, color, style can customize, the basic quantity we will advise after we discuss.

 

6.Q: Can we use our own logo?

   A: Yes, we can print your private logo according to your request.

 

7. Q: Can I visit your factory ?
