1. Share your requirements with us: model or application, quantity, colors, logo artwork, chip type (125KHz, 13.56MHz, dual-frequency, etc.), encoding needs, packaging preferences, etc.
2. Within 24 hours (often faster on business days), we'll send a detailed quotation along with professional suggestions to optimize cost and performance.
3. Once you approve the specifications (we'll provide renderings and spec sheets), pay the deposit (typically 30 to 50%), and we start production immediately.
4. Throughout manufacturing, we keep you updated with progress photos and reports. Before shipping, our QC team performs at least three full inspections (frequency, read range, data integrity, appearance) to guarantee 100% quality.
5. Pay the balance, and we ship with full tracking. A dedicated account manager will guide you every step of the way, especially if it's your first order. We can share references and case studies too.

Standard lead time is 7 to 15 working days (excluding holidays). The exact timeline depends on order size and customization level: Small to medium orders (a few thousand units, standard designs) usually take 7 to 10 days. Larger volumes or highly customized projects (new molds, special processes) typically take 12 to 15 days.

With five production lines and daily capacity reaching hundreds of thousands of units, we're well-equipped to meet tight deadlines. If your project is time-sensitive, just let us know. We can prioritize and expedite when needed. We're proud of our consistently high on-time delivery rate.

We support several convenient international payment options: Bank wire transfer (T/T) is most common and available in USD, EUR, and other major currencies. PayPal is ideal for smaller orders or sample fees. It's quick and simple. Western Union, Alipay, or WeChat Pay can also be arranged depending on your preference.

For new customers, we generally request 30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment. Returning customers often enjoy more flexible terms. We always issue proper invoices and ensure transparent, secure transactions. If your company has a preferred payment method, let us know. We'll do our best to accommodate.
