A standard RFID system consists of three main components: an RFID reader, RFID tags (also known as RFID tags or RFID tags), and a software system that connects the two. 2. RFID anti metal tag

The metal surface reflects and absorbs RFID signals, causing signal transmission interruption or attenuation, making it impossible for tags to read or write data normally. To address this issue, the anti metal tag adopts a special design and material to reduce the impact of the metal surface on the signal.
Anti metal tags typically use low frequency (LF) or ultra-high frequency (UHF) technology. LF tags have a strong ability to penetrate metals due to their low operating frequency, but their data transmission rate is slower. UHF tags have higher data transmission rates, but their anti-interference performance against metals is relatively poor. Therefore, when selecting RFID anti metal tags, the selection should be based on specific application scenarios and metal surface characteristics.
3. RFID non-metal tag
Corresponding to anti metal tags is RFID non anti metal tags, also known as ordinary RFID tags. These types of labels are prone to interference when working on metal surfaces, resulting in data reading failures or instability. Therefore, when using non-metallic labels, it is advisable to avoid directly sticking them to the metal surface. It is possible to choose to stick them on non-metallic pads to reduce contact with the metal.
