How does the Mifare Access Cards work?
The card reader sends the carrier signal through the antenna; after the card enters the working area of the card reader, the resonant circuit composed of the inductance coil and the capacitor in the card receives the carrier signal emitted by the card reader, and the radio frequency interface module of the chip in the card is controlled by This signal generates power supply voltage, reset signal and system clock to make the chip "activate"; the chip reading control module modulates the data in the memory on the carrier wave after phase modulation coding, and sends it back to the card reader through the antenna in the card; The card device demodulates and decodes the received card feedback signal and sends it to the background computer; the background computer makes corresponding processing and control for different applications according to the legitimacy of the card number.

Card Manufacturing Process
Printing: The white PVC material is printed by a printing machine, a digital machine or a UV machine in four colors, or it can be screen printed.

Printing signature strips: The signature strips are printed using screen printing technology.
Punching cards: The cards are cut into process round corners or other special shapes.
Other processes: Cards with other process requirements can continue to be processed by other processes such as hot stamping and UV.
