Product Introduction:

13.56MHz PCB Tag are very small but very useful tags that are often embedded in products to identify and manage items. It doesn't need a battery; it gains power and transmits data by being brought close to the phone (a few centimeters) from which it comes into contact. It's waterproof and sensitive.

Product Features:

Tiny and Tough: The PCB itself is very small and thin. It's built to be durable and handle the stress of being embedded into other materials without breaking.

All-in-One Design: It has the main chip, a small antenna for communication, and necessary circuits all built onto that one small board. This compact design is why it can be put into so many different things.

Made for Embedding: Unlike a regular tag you stick on, this one is designed from the start to be inside another object. Its shape and strength are made for this purpose.

Application:

1.In Personal Items (Wallets, Key Fobs, Bags)

Scene: You often misplace your keys or wallet around the house.

Use: Sew a tag into your wallet's lining or hide it inside a key fob. Then, use a smartphone app to make the tag ring to help you find it. You can also set the app to send you a reminder if you walk away from your bag and leave it behind.

2.In Retail and Authentication (Clothing, Collectibles)

Scene: A brand wants to fight against fake products and offer a unique experience to customers.

Use: Sew a tag into the label of a high-end jacket. A customer can tap it with their phone to instantly verify it's genuine, see the manufacturing story, or get a styling guide. This turns a simple tag into an interactive experience.

3.In Access Control Cards (Office Badges)

Scene: Instead of a bulky plastic card, companies want a sleeker access solution.

Use: The PCB tag can be embedded into a credit-card-thin ID badge or even a reusable name tag holder. Employees just tap their badge to enter the building, just like a traditional key card, but in a more streamlined form.

How to use:

Embed the Tag: The F08 PCB tag is placed inside the object during manufacturing or carefully added afterward.

Register It: You use a smartphone app or computer software to "register" the tag. This means you link the tag's unique ID to that specific item (e.g., "Tag #1234568 = book #1").

Read It: When you need to interact with the item, you simply bring a smartphone (with NFC enabled) or a specialized handheld reader close to it (a few centimeters away).

Get Information or Trigger an Action: The reader gets the tag's ID and does something useful-like showing you the item's information on your screen, recording its location, or unlocking a door.

FAQ:

1.Q: Does this 13.56MHz PCB tag need a battery?
A:  Absolutely not. Like an access card, when the phone is near, the energy emitted by the phone instantly activates the tag, providing it with temporary power to operate and transmit signals.

2.Q: Can I read it with my phone? How?

A: Yes. Most modern smartphones support it.

Requirements: Your phone needs to support NFC.

Method:

Ensure your phone's NFC function is enabled (find it in Settings).

Bring the top of the back of your phone (usually near the camera) close to the tag.

Your phone will automatically recognize and react, possibly by displaying a notification, opening a webpage, or launching an app.

3.Q: What is its effective reading distance
A: Very short, typically 1 to 4 centimeters. This "near-field communication" design is for security and accuracy, ensuring you are indeed reading the specific item in your hand, and not something nearby.

4. Q: Will embedding the tag inside an item affect the signal?

A: It will have a slight impact, but usually not a major problem. Non-metallic materials such as plastic, silicone, leather, wood, and fabric offer minimal signal obstruction. Therefore, they can function normally when embedded in wristbands, tool handles, or wallets.

5. Q: Is it durable in outdoor and harsh environments?

A: This largely depends on the external encapsulation material into which it is embedded. The PCB of the F08 chip itself is robust, but if it is encapsulated in a shockproof, waterproof, and dustproof silicone shell or epoxy resin, the entire label becomes very durable and suitable for scenarios such as construction sites and outdoor activities.
