As a professional manufacturer of silicone wristbands, the production process requirements for each wristband are our basic principles and quality requirements.

Silicone, as a non-toxic and sterile food-grade material, has been more and more widely used in industrial production. Tuodi Park Electronics has 12 years of experience in the production of RFID products, not only familiar with the use of RFID chips, but also has rich experience in the production of silicone wristbands. You know how a piece of food-grade silicone is turned into a beautiful wristband step by step. Today, the editor will explain to you in detail the production process of silicone wristbands.

The first step: mixing rubber

Rubber mixing is the first step in the production of silicone wristbands, and it is also a crucial step.

1. Color matching

The rubber mixing master needs to choose and match the color according to the customer's requirements. Among the more than 500 color cards, the rubber mixing master needs to compare the colors to find the color that the customer wants.

2. Blending of color paste

The deployment of the color paste is related to the color of the finished product, and the carefully prepared color paste is put aside for later use.

3. Weighing

Weigh the appropriate weight of silicone material. Generally, a whole piece of silica gel material is directly refined.

4. Rubber mixing

After weighing, the silica gel material weighing more than forty kilograms can be moved to the rubber mixing machine. During the continuous mixing process, add the pre-adjusted color paste, and some vulcanizing agents to help the fusion. After pushing the materials over and over again by the machine and the master, the color is finally evenly distributed. You can roll it up with film paper and take it off.

5. Cutting

It is not enough to practice the glue well. The last step is cutting. Put the silicone into the cutting machine, and the machine will cut the silicone into long strips regularly. There are 18 pieces in each group. After the master cuts them, they are handed over to the oil press.

Step Two: Oil Pressure

If it is said that rubber mixing determines the color and basic shape of the wristband. Then oil pressure is the process of forging silicone from a newborn to an adult.

1. Select the mold

The mold master chooses or develops a set of molds according to customer needs, and installs them on the hydraulic press.

2. Insert the chip

As a manufacturer of RFID products, how can we do without RFID chips. Put the chips required by the customer into the strips of silica gel in an orderly manner.

3. Put it into the hydraulic press

The hydraulic press here has a high temperature of 200 degrees. The operator needs to carefully put the silicone strip equipped with the chip into the groove of the hydraulic press.

4. Remove the mold

When the operator is waiting for the machine to open the mold, he quickly removes the wristband wrapped around the machine. At this point, the basic outline of the wristband is produced.

The operator simply checks the appearance, and then it can be put into the frame and wait for trimming.

Step 3: Trimming

Trimming looks simple, but it is actually a delicate job. It is mostly done by careful girls. Scissors tear off the excess silicone edge of the hydraulic product. No more cuts, no less cuts. When cutting, you should also pay attention to the damage of the wristband of the silicone wristband, whether the chip is installed in place, etc.

Step Four: Printing

Printing is very complicated as a subsequent process, and it can be divided into ordinary printing, overprinting, silk screen printing and color printing. Ordinary printing is also subdivided into direct pad printing and indirect pad printing. Let's talk about ordinary printing methods first.

Direct pad printing is to use the pad printing head on a special pad printing machine to absorb the ink on the gravure surface, and then transfer it to the substrate.

Indirect pad printing is also overprinting, which refers to the overlapping registration of graphic and text printing of each color plate during multi-color printing, that is, the single-color printing plates with different screen line angles obtained after color separation of the original, and overlapped in sequence according to the color sequence of the printing plate , and finally print to get the same level and tone as the original.

To put it simply, it is a process of drawing ink on the silicone wristband.

Step 5: Laser

Some customers will request to make a laser deboss and print LOGO or pattern, which needs to be applied to the laser machine.

The laser has a strong penetrating ability. The product manager will input the shape that the customer wants on the computer, and let the operator print out the groove that the customer wants through the laser machine.

Step 6: Coloring

Coloring is the next step to the laser.

On the groove made by the laser, the coloring personnel need to fill the ink delicately with a brush. After the filling is complete, use a utility knife to scrape off any excess ink that was printed next to it.

Step 7: Detect storage

After the product is filled with color, it takes a certain amount of time to dry. After the drying is completed, it will be handed over to the inspection department for inspection. The scope of inspection includes chips and appearance. After inspection, the products will be sent to the assembly department for packaging.
