How to write RFID tags? Many new users of RFID tags have similar problems. For example, how do you ensure that the information in an RFID garment tag is true?

If only the RFID supply chain system involves logistics and other aspects of the application, do not involve anti-smuggling goods functional requirements. It simply needs to use EPC code to write and TID to read the RFID tag. When initializes the tag, the garment code needs to be called from the ERP system, and the tag generated by the unique code needs to be written into the EPC storage area, and the TID of the tag is used for unique judgment, so as to enhance the reliability and robustness of the system.

The basic function of THE RFID tag reader/writer is to read the data information in the RFID tag without touching.

The writing mode of RFID tag information can be roughly divided into the following three types:

1. When the RFID tag leaves the factory, complete label information has been written into the label. In this case, RFID tags are usually read-only. In more cases, the tag information is written to the CHIP during the production of the RFID tag chip. Each RFID tag thus has a unique identification UID application. The correspondence between the unique UID of the tag and the identity information of the object to be recognized (such as the license plate number) needs to be established. Read-only label information is also written before the application, and the full label information is written to the initialization device by a private program.

2. The writing of RFID tag information is realized through wired contact method. Typically, the tag information writing device is a programmer. This type of contact RFID tag information writing method usually has multiple rewrite function. For example, the current writing of RFID tag information for railway freight cars is like this. After injecting the information, the label usually needs to be sealed to meet the requirements of moistureproof, waterproof, and stain proof in the application.

3. After the RFID tag leaves the factory, users are allowed to write data information to the RFID tag in a contactless manner through special equipment. This special write function is often combined with THE RFID tag reading function to form an RFID tag reader. RFID tags with wireless write capability usually also have their unique irreversible UID. The RFID tag with this function is often a general purpose RFID tag. In an application, it can only read its UID or only read and write to the specified storage unit of the RFID tag as required.
