In and out of the warehouse is one of the more cumbersome and time-consuming links in warehouse management. Traditional in and out of the warehouse management is carried out by manual recording or barcode scanning one by one, which is time-consuming, laborious and error-prone.
The introduction of RFID technology for in and out of the warehouse management uses RFID handheld terminals, RFID readers, RFID electronic tags, etc. as carriers. By attaching RFID electronic tags to goods or pallets, fixed RFID readers, RFID handheld terminals and other equipment are used to quickly, batch and accurately obtain the information identification and collection of in and out of the warehouse materials and complete automatic inventory, ensuring the accuracy of the in and out of the warehouse data, timely grasping the real data of the inventory, and improving the efficiency and accuracy of the in and out of the warehouse inventory.
RFID in and out of the warehouse management process
1. Install storage location labels and pallet labels on pallets and materials. You can manually enter and bind RFID tags one by one, or you can issue cards in batches through RFID label printers.
2. Deploy and install RFID fixed readers and RFID antennas at multiple angles at the entrance and exit of the warehouse to prevent missed data during in and out of the warehouse, conduct real-time monitoring and in and out of the warehouse materials, and transmit the in and out of the warehouse data to the terminal database.
3. By installing warehouse management software on the RFID handheld device, it is possible to realize long-distance, batch rapid inventory and warehouse transfer of multiple materials, thereby improving efficiency and accuracy.

Functions of RFID in and out warehouse management
1. Real-time inventory tracking
RFID electronic tag information on goods can be read in batches and quickly through RFID readers and RFID handheld terminals, and the location and quantity of inventory can be tracked in real time, realizing fast in and out warehouse processes, avoiding traditional manual registration and inventory, saving time and labor costs.
2. Import and check of inbound information
Import the information of goods to be in the warehouse into the management system. When the goods with labels enter the warehouse, the RFID channel door or RFID reader automatically identifies the tag information to ensure the accuracy of the inbound items.
3. Selection and verification of outbound information
The system sends the outbound list to the staff. The staff goes to the warehouse to select and load the goods according to the list in their hands, and then outbound. At the warehouse exit, the RFID reader recognizes the tag information again to check whether the outbound goods are correct.

4. Alarm for illegal entry and exit of goods
When the RFID reader at the warehouse entrance and exit identifies an unauthorized tag entering or leaving, the tag will be marked and identified to ensure that the materials will not be lost without reason.
5. Report management
Information transparent management, real-time data reports, and multi-dimensional data information are provided, allowing warehouse managers to understand the current warehouse entry and exit operation in real time.
These functions realized by RFID entry and exit management not only improve the efficiency and accuracy of warehouse entry and exit management, but also enhance the security of the warehouse, providing strong support and guarantee for warehouse management decisions.
